Paul Cubbon is the Assistant Dean of Innovation and a faculty member of the Marketing and Behavioural Science Division at the Sauder School of Business. He leads the Entrepreneurship Group and is also the Assistant Dean of Innovation and the Academic Director of Creative Destruction Lab Vancouver. He holds a B.A. Honours degree from Oxford University, and an MBA from Simon Fraser University.

Since 2000, Paul has committed himself to designing innovative and applied learning experiences in marketing communication, digital marketing and technology entrepreneurship. He has expanded venture start-up programs across campus, and beyond credit courses to support science researchers in finding product-market fit and venture creation.

He has won multiple awards including a UBC Killam Undergraduate Teaching Award, and in 2020, became a 3M Canada National Teaching Fellow.
